If you’re like me, you like great food. And many people think that because of that they can’t lose weight. However, I am going to tell them that they are wrong. Food isn’t the problem! You are the problem, how you eat, when you eat and how much you eat. And we shouldn’t forget a fact that makes all the bellow facts unimportant GREAT MEALS CAN BE HEALTHY.
